How will we recognize our greeter?
If you’ll be arriving in Honolulu Oahu, your friendly island
greeter will be wearing a red aloha shirt, standing just outside
your arrival gate, holding a welcome sign personalized with your
names on it.
If you’ll be arriving in Kahului Maui, Lihue Kauai, or Kona Hawaii, look for your greeter as you exit the terminal
area, wearing a purple and white uniform, holding a welcome sign
personalized with
your names on it.
What is included in your service?
After your greeter presents you with your leis, he or she will be
happy to escort you to baggage claim, assist you with your luggage
and direct you to your ground transportation. Or, if you will be
traveling on to another island, he or she will guide you to the
Interisland Terminal to catch your connecting flight.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. Orders
must be placed at least 48 hours prior to scheduled flight arrival
time.
Do you offer a group discount?
Yes! Please call toll-free 1-800-665-7959 for current group rates.
Can I order a lei greeting for my family or friends who will be
visiting Hawaii?
Yes! You may simply complete our online order form. You will need
the names of the recipients, their date of arrival, airline, flight
number, and estimated arrival time. However, there are no refunds for missed greetings due to uninformed recipients, therefore if this is a gift please tell the recipient(s) to look for a sign with their name(s) on it.
Can I make a special request?
Yes! Please use the "Extra Instructions" box on the Checkout
page to make any special requests. Please note however, we make no
guarantees that your special request will be honored, although we
will try our very best.
Do you ship leis to the mainland United States?
Yes! Please visit www.hawaiiflowerlei.com. Hawaii Flower Lei ships
the finest flower leis from Hawaii to any destination within the
United States.
What is your cancellation policy?
As long as you cancel no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled
greeting, you will receive a full refund.
After we receive our leis, how can we preserve them?
You can keep your leis fresh for days. Simply sprinkle them with
water, place them in a plastic bag or container, and refrigerate.
